Our stay at Hotel le Senat, Paris

Como les contaba hace unos días, a fines de septiembre de este año, nos quedamos con Tom dos noches en Paris.

Era nuestra primera vez realmente hospedandonos en la ciudad, porque si bien habiamos estado ahi en 2016, solo nos habiamos quedados algunas horas, yendo y volviendo en el día desde Londres.

Buscando hoteles y zonas para quedarnos, encontré el Hotel le Senat, a través de la plataforma Buzz&Go, y tuvieron la gentileza de hospedarnos por una noche.

El hotel está en 10 Rue de Vaugirard, en el distrito 6, super cerca de absolutamente todo y literal a la vuelta de los Jardines de Luxemburgo (que son hermosos).

Las habitaciones son super espaciosas y estan equipadas con todo lo necesario para una increíble estadía: espacio para guardar la ropa y las valijas, una cama super cómoda, maquina para hacer café y un baño hermoso.

La vista desde las habitaciones va variando segun el lado que a uno le toque. Nosotros tuvimos la suerte de estar en una habitacion con dos pisos (abajo estaba el living y un baño) y arriba la cama y otro baño) y teniamos vista a Sacré-Cœur 😍 y desde la planta baja a las calles de Paris y un poco hacia los Jardines de Luxemburgo.

A la mañana sirven el desayuno en el subsuelo del hotel, aunque tambien es posible buscar la comida y bebida y llevarla a tu habitación y comer ahi, lo cual me parece ideal si uno prefiere un poco mas de privacidad o si el espacio para desyunar (que no es muy grande) esta lleno.

As I told you a few days ago, at the end of September of this year, we stayed with Tom for two nights in Paris.

It was our first time really staying in the city, because although we had been there in 2016, we had only stayed for a few hours, going and returning on the day from London.

Looking for hotels and areas to stay, I found Hotel Le Senat, through the Buzz & Go platform, and they kindly hosted us for one night.

The hotel is on 10 Rue de Vaugirard, in the 6th arrondissement, super close to absolutely everything and literally just around the Luxembourg Gardens (which are beautiful).

The rooms are super spacious and equipped with everything you need for an incredible stay: space to store clothes and suitcases, a super comfortable bed, coffee machine and a beautiful bathroom.

The view from the rooms varies depending on the side that you touch. We were lucky to be in a room with two floors (downstairs was the living room and a bathroom) and upstairs the bed and another bathroom) and we had a view to Sacré-Cœur desde and from the ground floor to the streets of Paris and a little towards the Luxembourg Gardens.

In the morning they serve breakfast in the basement of the hotel, although it is also possible to look for food and drink and take it to your room and eat there, which seems ideal if one prefers a bit more privacy or space to break up ( which is not very big) is full.
