This time I am going to be reviewing the Foreo ISSA 3 silicone electric toothbrush.
The Foreo ISSA 3 is an electric toothbrush developed by Foreo around 5 years ago.
The Foreo ISSA 3 that I have been trying for almost two months is the third version of this toothbrush, and the most revolutionary to date.
What’s different about the ISSA 3 and that differentiates it from other toothbrushes (electrical or not) is that it is almost entirely made out of silicone, as all Foreo products are.
After trying the FOREO ISSA 3 silicone electric toothbrush for 2 months now, I think I am now able to review it in an honest and complete way.
What are the Foreo ISSA 3 best features in my opinion?
- First of all, I love that the toothbrush is electric. This might sound silly or redundant, but after switching from «regular» toothbrushes to electric ones around 4 or 5 years ago, I haven’t looked back. Toothbrushes are, again, in my opinion, superior, and they help clean my teeth better and leave them feeling more clean and smooth.
- Another great thing about the ISSA 3 is that its body and bristles are made of silicone. I honestly love the look and feel of silicone in beauty and bathroom products. Shapes and colors are beautiful, but they also prevent bacteria from forming, something you NEVER want when using a toothbrush.
- The best thing about the Foreo ISSA 3, in my opinion, is the fact that one charge lasts for months. According to Foreo, one single charge could last up to 1 year. I haven’t had the chance to test the toothbrush for that long, so I cannot certify that, but what I can tell you is that the battery in my Foreo LUNA 2 that I have been using for years now is out of this world! I charge the device once or twice every year. Assuming the Foreo ISSA 3 has the same technology, I am sure it will definitely last for at least 6 months. This feature makes the Foreo ISSA 3 the perfect toothbrush to take with you on your travels, because you won’t need to take your charger as well, as you would with other toothbrushes.
- Another really useful thing about the Foreo ISSA 3 is the fact that if you are switching from a regular toothbrush, then you don’t need to change how you use and handle the toothbrush around your mouth and teeth. When switching to most electric toothbrushes you need to adapt, because moving the device around your mouth as you normally would can cause pain, irritations and hurt your gums, but that never happens with the Foreo ISSA 3.
Overall, I think the FOREO ISSA 3 silicone electric toothbrush is perfect, and it shows how Foreo applied its technology and experience into making a new and innovative toothbrush that would seriously work for anyone looking to make the switch to an electric device.

El Foreo ISSA 3 es un cepillo de dientes eléctrico desarrollado por Foreo hace unos 5 años.
El Foreo ISSA 3 que llevo casi dos meses probando es la tercera versión de este cepillo de dientes, y la más revolucionaria hasta la fecha.
Lo que diferencia al ISSA 3 y lo diferencia de otros cepillos de dientes (eléctricos o no) es que está hecho casi en su totalidad de silicona, como todos los productos de Foreo.
Después de probar el cepillo de dientes eléctrico de silicona FOREO ISSA 3 durante 2 meses, creo que ahora puedo revisarlo de manera honesta y completa.
¿Cuáles son las mejores características de Foreo ISSA 3 en mi opinión?
- En primer lugar, me encanta que el cepillo de dientes sea eléctrico. Esto puede sonar tonto o redundante, pero después de cambiar de cepillos de dientes «normales» a cepillos eléctricos hace unos 4 o 5 años, no he mirado atrás. Los cepillos de dientes son, nuevamente, en mi opinión, superiores, y ayudan a limpiar mejor mis dientes y los dejan sintiéndose más limpios y suaves.
- Otra gran ventaja de ISSA 3 es que su cuerpo y cerdas están hechos de silicona. Sinceramente, me encanta el aspecto y la sensación de la silicona en los productos de belleza y de baño. Las formas y los colores son hermosos, pero también evitan la formación de bacterias, algo que NUNCA querrás cuando uses un cepillo de dientes.
- Lo mejor del Foreo ISSA 3, en mi opinión, es el hecho de que una carga dura meses. Según Foreo, una sola carga podría durar hasta 1 año. No he tenido la oportunidad de probar el cepillo de dientes durante tanto tiempo, así que no puedo certificarlo, pero lo que puedo decirles es que la batería de mi Foreo LUNA 2 que he estado usando durante años no es de este mundo. Cargo el dispositivo una o dos veces al año. Suponiendo que el Foreo ISSA 3 tenga la misma tecnología, estoy seguro de que definitivamente durará al menos 6 meses. Esta función hace que el Foreo ISSA 3 sea el cepillo de dientes perfecto para llevar con usted en sus viajes, ya que no necesitará llevar su cargador también, como lo haría con otros cepillos de dientes.
- Otra cosa realmente útil sobre el Foreo ISSA 3 es el hecho de que si está cambiando de un cepillo de dientes normal, no es necesario que cambie la forma en que usa y maneja el cepillo de dientes alrededor de la boca y los dientes. Cuando se cambia a la mayoría de los cepillos de dientes eléctricos, debe adaptarse, porque mover el dispositivo alrededor de la boca como lo haría normalmente puede causar dolor, irritación y daño en las encías, pero eso nunca sucede con el Foreo ISSA 3.
En general, creo que el cepillo de dientes eléctrico de silicona FOREO ISSA 3 es perfecto y muestra cómo Foreo aplicó su tecnología y experiencia en la fabricación de un cepillo de dientes nuevo e innovador que funcionaría seriamente para cualquiera que busque cambiar a un dispositivo eléctrico.
